If you've made it this far, things are looking good. Okay, it's not quite working yet, but we're about to fix them:
1) Type root at the login prompt and root4u as the password
2) Type the following commands:
fetch http://www.virtualbsd.info/vmware2vbox
chmod 755 vmware2vbox
./vmware2vbox
3) Let the script run and reboot as recommended once it's completed
4) Enjoy VirtualBSD running on VirtualBox! ;-)
